The phone keeps restarting and showing only the logo. The credit were spent and th phone doesn't work at all, please can you make a refund.

Hello. For fix stucking at logo you need to finish unlock operation. Install latest drivers and repeat operation.

Nothing, fail again, tried in different pc and cable. The credist were not taken this time but the phone is stuck on logo, no hard reset can be made. I need to restore the phone to its original conditions at least. Please helme
