I lost 10 credits when I wanted to release an LG M150

Question

I wanted to release a lg m150 which z3x did not release me on the cell phone and I lost 10 credits when I wanted to try again 

please respond as soon as possible

You need close LG Bridge software and press  unlock button again

I had closed any program that occupied the Com port just work with z3x and no software that interferes with the process use z3x in the first process I thought it was server error consumed 5 credits and as I understand that the server does not charge the credits again but in the second attempt I charge them I do not understand now I do not have credits, use z3x because it is safer and is my favorite but now I lost my credits and the cell phone is still released
please help
