necesito la devolucion de 10 creditos me hizo un doble consumo

Hello. Repeat once again and post result, software asking about credits before connecting to server, even if phone already consume credits. In any case in the end if credits consumed twice - we will refund.

si ya lo hice y aun asi me consumio 10 creditos mas que serian 20 creditos
