Buen dia, intente liberar el j727t1 y se quedo trabado mucho rato y nunca termino el proceso, despues lo intente de nuevo, y de nuevo no completó el proceso me cobro 5 créditos en cada intento, en total 10 créditos y no se liberó el equipo, nunca terminó de manera exitosa la liberación. monte una versión de software diferente que vi que les había resultado a varios colegas y siguió con el mismo error descontandome de nuevo 5 créditos
y probé otra esta otra ya no me descontó créditos solamente me tiro error
