credits have been taken 2 times pls refund

Question

trying to unlock S9 but no code given only MCK which it did not ask for in the 1st place

 i put in,  then tried again come then again it took credits for same thimg still no unlock code

so 16 credits wasted with no unlock

Hello. One attempt for MCK refunded. Please, every time when phone boots, you need to enter MCK. Only then you will be able to read NCK.

the point is that the phone never asked for MCK code only asked for unlock code then i try again and sed error so z3x software  fault not my fault,  as u can see from logs

i want full refund cos phone not unlocked

I had the same problems unlocking an a217m, I was charged 2 times 5 credits for the mck code and it always gave an error when reading the nck code. but I deduct 10 credits. I wrote an email to z3x support yesterday but still no response.
