Samsung pro tool is not activating on easy jtag plus.

Is Samsung pro tool is free with easy jtag plus or we have to take activation separately for using it. I have recently purchased easy jtag plus. Samsung pro tool is not getting activation by shell hardware wizard. Option is faded/ disabled.
