detach attach account from dead z3x box

my old smart card is dead i was attached my account on new card

now my new card can't attach this account

but i dont have old box sn number

but i remember the lasttime i unlock phone j327t1 on 5 credit

now it has only 25 credits

please detach the credit on my  old box
