adb port is freezing

As I mentioned, when I had versions 33 and I think that up to 36 it worked well for me, but from 37 and the newest version the adb port is freezing. Like this video.

The Problem is the same. But don't worry, I'm looking elsewhere for someone to help me or I'm looking for another unlocking box from another brand.
