I am unable to download shell, or any firmware from z3x. Please allow my IP 190.83.200.88  to use z3x. I believe I was banned. I have purchased z3x pro box AA929DBC.

Your IP was banned due using cracked version.
Maybe someone from your network use it. Anyway now unbaned. To prevent unreachable server in the future ask your provider for static IP address.
