Samsung A115u Boost mobile, Final IMEI certi:Fail

I've unlocked a Samsung A115 u from boost, via server. but signal is not working. When dial *#0011# shows the message: Final IMEI certi: Fail

Hello. During unlock process our software dont touch imei, so thats mean that imei was damaged before operation, probably by using for unlock another software.

I oppened the phone from the box. i've checked the phone before the process, it was all good!
