Unable to create firmware DB

the samsung tool pro says unble to create firmware db. The download links are not avialable. the links are rather visible in shell but download is not possible. please help me solve this issue. Thank you time and again.

This ip not banned. You have problem only in samsung tool? Shell works well?

thank you again. the problem is that i am not able to download firmwares using shell or samsung tool pro. so, what could be the issue. please i am kindly asking you again for your help. i appreciate your suggestions and helpful replays. i thank you again and again.

i can not download firmware using the shell or samsung tool. the difference between the two is that i can see the download list in the shell but not in the samsung tool.
