samsung tool pro activation problem

I have z3x old model, today I decided to activate samsung tool pro but the shell when putting card information hangs and I can't activate samsung pro

I CLARIFY THAT SAMSUNG TOOL DOES WORK BUT I CANNOT ACTIVATE SAMSUNG PRO

I used several computers thinking that was the problem and it is still the same, is there a way for you to activate it from your system?

I open shell, setting, card info and it freezes
