Z3x did not unlock LG x210cm but consumed credits

I have problems with several models in Z3x the last one is the x210cm of cricket gives error and consumes the credits please restore them and see why these errors are arising

Hello, you need to press the unlock button again. LG server can`t take credits twice for the same phone.
About the errors, maybe bad cable, you used some USB hub, time out, etc. The phone must be connected directly to the motherboard.

I am doing the unlocking as you say and always the same error does not consume me the credits but it leaves me the imei in 000 ...
I've tried it countless times with new cables in direct ports to the motherboard etc. What is the mistake?
with the old method he does it without error but does not unlock it

IMEI is 0 because the phone already erased.
You need to make IMEI 0 Fix to fix your IMEI.
