Fail unlocking LG K330 and take 10 credits

Question

I tried to unlock a K330 from T-Mobile and I got up to 100% checking server ... it consumed me 10 credits and the application was closed alone ... I tried a second time and the process was the same, only this time I did not consume credits, or recorded the operation in the history ... the phone is still locked and I already tried the app after finishing with Z3X, and I also restored it ... still not unlocked ... I would appreciate if you could help me.

I will try in another PC and I will try to catch the logs before it go... maybe the drivers or somthing else in my pc is the problem...
