tengo problemas con instalacion PRO

BUENAS TARDES RECIEN ACTIVE MI SANSUMG TOOL PRO, PERO EN EL SHELL SOLO APARECE EN LA PARTE INFERIOR, EN LA PARTE DONDE ESTAN TIENE QUE IR NO ESTA, AYUDA POR FAVOR

1. What does your card info show?  Samsung Tool Pro module active?  
2. Have you tried running the application from the shortcut on your desktop?  What happens then? 
3.  You can also try installing the application again. To do this

• click "Support files" from Shell and browse / search for software.  
• Run downloaded file
• Choose a model from the list and click "Run" or run module directly.

1. ¿Qué muestra la información de su tarjeta?  Módulo Samsung Tool Pro activo?  
2. ¿Has intentado ejecutar la aplicación desde el acceso directo en tu escritorio?  ¿Qué pasa entonces? 
3. También puede intentar instalar la aplicación nuevamente.  Para hacer esto

• haga clic en "Support files" desde Shell y busque / busque software. 
• Ejecute el archivo descargado.
•  Elija un modelo de la lista y haga clic en "Ejecutar" o ejecute el módulo directamente.
