hi .

i need to unlock my sm g950F samsung s8. 

i go to unlock i have my z3x box cconnected with usb cable. when i clic on unlock MSL i see ERROR (1) on readSN. how can i unlock the phone and pass this error code? i dont have any acumpt . it is free to unlock or i need credit? tank you
