how do i get this working z3x pro box

how do i update card firmware? every time i try to run the hardware wizard it says there is an update to shell. when i click on download, it closes shell and downloads nothing. i have the z3x pro box with samsung activation. i am running windows 10. shell is v 4.8.3. please help. its been almost a week. thanks
