Question

i have problem with my samsungtool, when i try to use function with server , i get this message :This login has been used with more than 100 cards and now is banned!

i already read the old post on forum , but my question is : is i buy a new credit from trused website like  gsmserver or imei.us , i resole this probleme , and i can use again the server function , like imei repaire , or patch certificate
