Exactly this! I thought it's Locked, but it came like this in the first place even before unlocking. I know it may be my mistake to not verify if it's really locked or not, but at the same time I thought your software will stop executing or not doing the unlock if it's already unlocked.
I already changed the SIM card, same issue remains.
