USB flash interface...... not found

Hi,

I try to use Z3X PRO...

All the driver are installed....

Bute I have an error, if I change the cable, change the phone, it is the same...

If I try to read phone info, I have this error message

USB Flash interface... not found.

If a try to reboot to flash, It's work find, the phone reboot to flash, so all the phone work, all the cable are ok.

But evry time, I have this message when I try to read the phone info.

Pleause find the picture....

 

Do you have any solution ?

Hello. Phone connected in download mode? Modem port avaible in device manager?
