this error (wrong login/password) appears when trying to use functions that need an account with server credits on it. 
Make sure that you are typing the user name and password of your credit account correctly -  Caps Lock is turned off, uppercase or lowercase letters and extra spaces.

If you do not already have an account, you can purchase one.
Also, we always recommend buying our products from our official resellers
