Pandora tool box

Hello . I have the pandora tool box and I used to use it without any problem, but recently there is a problem that every phone I connect gets stuck in the part where I sent the log.
I tried with different phones, the same problem persists, the same problem exists on another laptop, and finally I changed the Windows computer and the problem is still there.

Hello. Enable in settings work via pc port and repeat.

The use box usb port option is active, but I turned it off and connected the cable directly to the computer port, and it was fixed.
But why does it not work when I connect it to the box? Is the port box having a problem or is the problem something else?
