my pandora box not working

hii z3x team, i want your help . my pandora box not work in my laptop but it work in my pc

i was use it on laptop but unfortunatily it gabe me error of NOT LOGIN

 

kindly solve y problem im very worried about it

all you need to do is delete box driver and install it
