Hello. Order replacement card and  add more details, to prove that the activations belongs to you:

- Reason for transfer
- Old and new card serial numbers in text format.
- screenshots with card info of both and smart-card activations which must be moved (if old card dead provide only new card screenshot)
- Smart cards photos from both sides
- date of successful work done of smart-card using credits (sever connect)
if you don't have a credit account, date of last action downloading (firmware, program updates)
- Photos of Z3X box/dongle, Easy JTAG box, pandora box
- your IP address

I don't have them because I'm looking at my old files and I only found this. Is there another option to find out my card series number?
Check order receipts.
it's already 10 years old, I don't even know where this check is, the check has been missing for a long time

I didn't find the sn smart card anywhere, I have another working smart card, can you activate it?

Hi there, it sounds like you’re having trouble with your SIM card. A "SIM card dead" error usually happens when the SIM becomes damaged or corrupted. Since you’ve tried updating it and testing it in other devices like dongles and boxes, it seems the issue might be with the card itself.

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Check SIM Registration TM: Ensure that your TM SIM is properly registered. Sometimes, unregistered SIM cards can stop working.
  2. Contact TM Support: Reach out to TM’s customer service. Provide them with details like the old serial number (SN-AA40E194) and explain the issue. They might need to reissue a new SIM card.
  3. Replace the SIM Card: If the card is physically damaged, you’ll need to visit a TM store to get a replacement. Bring valid ID and proof of ownership for quick processing.
