For future please try to use another provider/computer. Unfortunately, we cannot permanently repay credits to users in such situation, for at least two reasons - network problems that are not dependent on our equipment, and unfortunately there may also be user cheating.

Thanks for your response,i have been using this pc/provider/box for God knows how many years now,i have invested a lot in this company and you are telling me about user cheating for how many years now,please conplete my credit.Did you think am been happy for losing my customers for this?.
I'm sorry if it sounds like an unfair insult to you, but I explain the algorithm of the typical situation. As I mentioned in the previous message, the credits have already been returned to your account.

Maybe it's a temporary problem with the provider and it would be great if you can try another provider for a test. Especially if the problem did not arise so often before.

At this operation, the software sends about 3mb of data. "Waiting for server answer... error (0)" often means connection problems, high pings, and packet loss. You can ask your ISP if it is possible to improve the connection time to get a lower ping.
