hello there,

  after getting the answer about the refund, i go to z3x samsung tool pro, settings to check the balance, i hit on credit history i get wrong login/password! can you solve that

Hello, please make sure that you are typing the user name and password correctly -  Caps Lock is turned off, uppercase or lowercase letters and extra spaces.
