Z3x disconnected and now card not found

Question

I was using my z3x box and it was working fine when all of the sudden it got discconected  since then i cannot use it anymore.

I cleaned SMARTCARD pins. I tried to reinstall drivers. I Disconnected all other boxes, dongles and try use function repair dead card: (error message card not coneected).

Hello, please try to use another PC or a different card reader, connection cable.
