I have z3x pro box but when I want to download shell in computer its showing 403 error forbidden ...and if I download shell from any other link it cannot update and I also cannot download firmware or any support file using shell.please help

Hola amigo yo tuve un problema similar y lo resolvi apagando mi router y encendiendolo al igual que mi pc.
