Hello, you need run cmd and type: adb kill server
Some software use adb port.

After this, you need to press the unlock button again for unlock.

Lg server can not charge credits twice for the same phone.

HI again i followed your instruction and typed in run cmd comand adb kill server and got same error so , havent unlocked the lg smart phone and keep getting bad responce from server, do you have another suggestion or another way to help me please, here is the log :
