I have z3x pro box but when I want to download shell in computer its showing 403 error forbidden ...and if I download shell from any other link it cannot update and I also cannot download firmware or any support file using shell.please help

your IP address was banned because of using cracked version. Maybe someone on your network used it. In any case, it is now unlocked.

To avoid such problems in the future, ask your ISP for a static IP address.
