nu puedo ingrersa al tool Pro,me dice que mi card no esta activa

Hola mi box no puede abrir, me arroja el siguiente mensaje PRODUCTO NO ACTIVADO EN ESTA TARJETA. Hace una semana me funcionaba perfectamente.

Usa la última versión de Shell (enlace directo al shell), sigue estos pasos de solución:

• Desconectar tarjeta
• La shell de ejecución, el Asistente de hardware, Reparar tarjeta muerta deberían estar disponibles (porque no hay ninguna tarjeta conectada)
• Conecte la tarjeta y luego haga clic en Siguiente (con la opción Reparar seleccionada)
• Actualizar el firmware de la tarjeta y activar todos los productos y cerrar el asistente.
• Iniciar la herramienta Samsung

Use the latest Shell (direct link to shell) follow these steps solution:

• Disconnect card
• Run shell, Hardware wizard, Repair Dead Card should be available (because no card connected)
• Connect card and then click Next (with Repair option selected)
• Update card firmware and activate all products and close Wizard
• Launch Samsung Tool
