Installing Z3x Box On Windows 10 x64 - Problems

Hellow Everybody,

I am new on this forum and i just having some problems installing z3x box .

I am running Windows 10 x64 and the first thing i noticed is windows cant install Z3x box. So my questions are these:

1. Under Device Administrator there is Unknown Devices with Z3x Box which driver should i install.  i run the  " I have disk" process but says the driver is not digital signed.

2. I have downloaded and install z3x  shell 4.8.3. which until yestarday was working normal , but today is not. When i go to Setting -> Hw Wizard says theres is a new version of shell and when i hit download is just exiting the program.Also until yesterday i could see my card info under setting now it just staying there with the cursor doings circules  and doing nothing. After some seconds it freezes and i have to quit the process from   tasks.

.I dont know which is the problem and any kind of help is apreciated!!!

Hello, you can try to install all from the beginning, here is a video guide on youtube z3x install

Z3X Software Installation and registration procedure

Installation:

1. Connect the smart card to PC
2. Install Z3X-Card Drivers from folder x:\Program Files\z3x\Card drivers\
3. Install additional drivers (if necessary) from folder x:\Program Files\z3x\Reader drivers\

Activation and registration:

• 4. Run Shell ( Download Shell )
• 5. Click "Settings"
• 6. Click "Hardware Wizard". Wizard will start
• 7. Make all necessary steps from the Wizard

Download main software:

• 8. Click "Support files" from Shell and browse/search for software
• 9. Run downloaded file

Run.

• 10. Choose the model from the list and click "Run" or run module directly
