hi, i was unlocking a N950U from tmobile, exe prompted to downgrade modem, automatically downgrade modem through Z3X, try again and at the end of the operation Z3X said: phone not found and charged me credits and didnt unlock phone. please refund

Hello, please try to unlock again, credits will not charging twice for the same phone. If it happens we will refund.
