LG X120EMW failed to unlock but 10 credit deducted. I need refund!!!!

Good afternoon team. I was performing Unlock of LG LM-X120EMW device in version 10j, I updated LG software to version 9.70. Uncheck the Delete option and start the process using the Direct Unlock method. The process gave an error, did not finish and the 10 credits were discounted, in addition to the device it was left with the LG K20 logo, which recommends me, how can I proceed to recover my credits and rescue the terminal. Here I leave the register of the box.

Please try again, LG server can't charge credits twice for the same phone
