Good afternoon team. I was performing Unlock of LG LM-X120EMW device in version 10f, I updated LG software to version 9.70. I start the process using the Direct Unlock method. The process gave an error which freez at Searching server..., process did not finish and the 10 credits were diducted, how can I proceed to recover my credits and rescue the terminal.
Please you can refund credit into the account I used to logged in if possible.
