Unlock fail, please refund credits

The z3x says that the phone is unlocked but in reality it is not, it still does not accept the sim, says network blocked and the 5 credits were consumed.

Hello,

please make sure that LG bridge is close and try to unlock again. LG server can`t charge credits twice for the same phone.
The phone must be connected directly to the motherboard. Without any hub.
