login atached to diferent card

how to detach this login from previous card, because my card is dead and i got a new card, i have login and password also log file from the previous card that i have used the credits , please z3x team help, log show 27 credits , now it should be 19 on the login and if you can show me how to see previous card serial from log files, is it possible ?

Hello, we have considered your appeal. We only transfer accounts together with activations, from a non-working card to a new one (replacement card). You have not transferred the activations and in your case it will be possible to unlink the account from the old card if you have checks from both cards (and you bought them from our official sellers).

Or contact us a month after the last card connection to the server(2020-03-26) so that we can really track that this card is not working.
