While unlock happens error, credits taken, phone not unlocked, customer on from on me. - problem can be that phone
are not fresh or after downgrade, cable problem, drivers problem or internet timeout.
The fast way just repeat unlock using same IP , same card.
If any double credits taken happens, nothing to worry, Duplicate credits using will be refunded anyway.
Just send email about credits issue: sales @z3x-team.com
with phone SN, LOGS, LOGIN.
Before send email, check again credits using history to avoid time wasting.
