  1. Power on the phone.
  2. Enable 'USB debugging' in 'Settings'-'Developer options',
     tap 7 times on 'Build number' in 'Settings'-'About phone' to enable 'Developer options'.
  3. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
  4. Select device in ADB settings.
  5. Press 'Reboot to...' button and select mode to reboot (download or recovery).

Maybe you tried to use new solutions - operations with phones for which you need to authorize on the server & have an account with credits on it.

Starting from version 37, the Samsung tool can repair IMEI and make some other operations through the server. So, you require the account with credits on it. The number of credits on the account does not matter for repair IMEI because it's free - credits will not be charged.
Without this, you won't be able to use these new solutions.

  • If you already have an account, please make sure that you are typing the user name and password correctly - Caps Lock is turned off, uppercase or lowercase letters and extra spaces.
  • Also, if you forgot password, please add a login name and card serial number to restore access to your credit account.

The account is not provided with the box and can be purchased separately by users if they need to authorize on the server and use new solutions.

You can buy a new credit account or refill credits to an existing one you have. Inform your sales manager about it while ordering the item. Otherwise, the system will automatically create a new account for z3x credits.

Please be attentive as there is no possibility of combining credits from two different accounts.
