Creditos consumidos y no se desbloqueo el dispositivo

Hola que tal, trate de desbloquear un samsung A102U, me consumio los créditos pero no finalizo el proceso, adjunto el log de operaciones.

Volví a intentar esperando que no me cobrara y me cobro otros 5 creditos más y el mismo error.

que pasa con el soporte de Z3X ya no regresan creditos, hoy nuevamente intente y me consumio otros 5 créditos mas y el mismo resultado en total es pérdida de 15 creditos espero me resueltvan y puedan regresarme los creditos consumidos.
