Buena tarde

necesito que me pueda ayudar con el reembolso de los 10 creditos cobrados en la operacio0n

de unlock con un LG X120hm el cual en el transcurso de la operacion quedo colgado en el logo y ps solo me cobraron los 10 creditos y no se realizo dicho proceso. despues de ello quise volver a intentar y lo unico que hacia era pedirme 10 creditos mas.

You need repeat operation, LG server can't charge credits twice for the same phone.

 If you can't enter in download mode you need to connect the phone to a USB cable, press and hold Vol- button and power button and hold. When the phone starts rebooting, you must quickly release all buttons and press Vol + button.
