lost account z3x box

Hello.I have z3x box which is used in service repair shop by the person before me,he dont give me any username and password and i cant use it to buy server credits or any server releated operations,in shell info seller appears to be gsmserverbox.Could i restore previous account or i have to buy new z3x box?
