Hello.If your phone stuck on logo you need connect phone to USB cable, press and hold Vol - button and Power ON button. When phone start reboot you need unhold all button and press Vol + button and wait download mode screen. After this you can repeat unlock/repair operation. LG server can’t charge credits twice for same phone.
