Hello. Please install latest drivers and repeat until success. Completing unlock will fix stucking at logo.

yes for the same phone it take 10 credits 2 times read the log file and check the balance after many attempts no thing work i lost 20 credits phone still in logo plz i need help to repair at least the phone

Hello. Yes, we rechecked, this happens because you try 9.78 and then 9.79 version of lg tool. 10 credits refunded. Can you try other pc? This is driver issue, do you installed the latest drivers? Also sometimes problem can be in slow pc, so you can also try to use another pc. Also you can try this: after reboot disconnect phone, wait until it boot to download and then connect phone to pc.
