El equipo tiene la depuracion USB activa, los controladores estan actualizados y la version del programa es la 9.81

Install this driver and reboot pc, then try again. Also try choose different usb mode in phone like mtp,only charge and etc.

Ya lo instalé, cambie puertos, cambie de cable, active depuracion, active oem y sigue igual. Lo conecto en descarga y me da la liberacion pero al insertar la sim sigue bloqueado.

Sí, se activó adb, depuracion usb e incluso el desbloqueo oem pero con nada funcionó. Cabe aclarar que el telefono ya se entregó al cliente sin liberar

Refunded. For next time solve issue with drivers or try perform adb kill-server command before using adb method.
