Con cualquier accion que quiero hacer me dice

Hello. Please make video how you connecting phones.

Just turn over power adapter. Power adapter must be connected to pc, other side of power adapter with single cable must be connected to box. Phone must be connected via with simple cable to connector at centre of pandora.Try now and post result.
