ocupo recuperar mis creditos

el dia 01/07/21 tenia 35 creditos me llego un A205U spr para liberacion unlock pues me consumio 10 creditos solo lo entregue al cliente y no lo probamos el dia de hoy 08/07/21 regreso el cliente porque es de afuera de la ciudad porque no agarraba el chip pues confiado le volvi a dar con la box y me consumio otros 10 creditos en total 20 creditos consumidos y el celular sigue bloqueado por favor ocupo ayuda para que me regresen mis creditos
