Me consumio crditos y no reparo imei del equipo

Realice el proceso de reparacion de imei a un LG Q360HA, salio error 2 veces y de todos modos me consumio los creditos 2 veces aun cuando decia que la herramienta no cobra 2 veces por el mismo servicio con error.
