A217M baseband A217MUBS6CUF4 supported??

Hi,

 I have been trying to unlock a A21s (A217M) from claro PR patch level is July 2021 baseband is A217MUBS6CUF4 i have been unable to get the NCK code i can only get MCK after that i get: server error could not process securtity data, please try again. I have tried many times but been unsuscesful. I tried to hard reset the phone and after that i got another MCK code so i have paid two times for the MCK code but no NCK. Any help is greatly appreciated.
