Pandora Box not detect the device

I get the  box but I'm getting an issue

it not connected to the device
i already did the test with the adapter and without the adapter and it doesn't recognize it either.

i change the cables still same i try diffrent phones still same

Hello. Its MTK tool and it works via mtk port, not via download mode. You should connect powered off phone and hold volume buttons for force preloader mode,
